Our application process is quick and easy and can be done in person or online! The timing can vary, but for over 90% of applicants, we will know the results in as little as ten minutes! 

• We make applying affordable with application fees of only $50 per applicant. There is a holding fee of $250 which goes towards your move-in costs! 

• Most communities charge security deposits of one month to two months' worth of rent! YIKES! We have a more affordable move in process that can either WAIVE or REDUCE security deposits to $500 for nearly all applicants (subject to screening approvals). We are Pet Friendly! Limit two pets per apartment. *Breed Restrictions apply. *No exotic or wild animals allowed. 

Packages are shipped straight to your building door for your convenience.
