New to the area and the move-in process went as smoothly as possible with the help of Deena. She is a manager who actually listens and tries her best to cater to the needs of tenants. She even helps me will all the little things that I should probably know without hesitation. It has been going very smoothly so far and I have no doubt that under her management it will be any different as time goes on.

Was struggling to find a place to live for months, found Arbor Haus and was scheduled to move in on the 31st, due to circumstances i needed to move in earlier than that, and even worse on the day when all of Ann Arbor's power was out. Deena helped out alot with me moving in and stayed in office to help me get the lease signed and everything covered when she was already dismissed to go home and again.... had no power in her office . Really nice apartments and area as well.
